go buy a legal version of windows 7 - install onto a fresh drive, delete all partitions if there are any - install motherboard drivers, chipset drivers and network drivers - install windows updates including SP1- this takes roughly 3-4 reboots after continuing to download and install updates - install video drivers after all that is done, you will be left with a FRESH INSTALL of windows and be at the desktop. Run IE and tell us if you have lag If you do, then you somehow managed to bork your motherboard and/or processor and/or memory with static electricity while trying to clean it. The problem existed before i started cleaning my computer.i tought the ram might be full of negative energy and it would do some good to the computer if i left it unplugged for a while, but that was not the issue.i can't aford a lega copy of windows.even though that is not the problem here.i have a low budget pc.i can't aford a lega copy of windows. Try open yr power manager and check the settings it usually donno why changes them into low power and auto save them angain donno why but it happens so change them to full again and yll be allright!
