- I've searched thru all sorts of online forums (here & others) & cannot figure this out. This happened earlier this week after updating to.net framework 4.5.2.

When in V4.0.3, it generates the correct output, generally, you should be happy this issue has been fixed, and the fix code against this issue is excess.
