Coached workout Coached workouts allow you to get the most out of the miCoach training system. The included cardio workouts vary in intensity according to your workout zones (for more information on workout zones, see section 3.2.4). During a Coached Workout, your FIT SMART displays the color of the current workout zone via the light pipes and the display provides visual feedback to help keep you in the zone and maximize the effectiveness of your workout. 3.2.2 Selecting a Coached Workout Your FIT SMART can store up to 15 coached cardio workouts which are synced from the miCoach train & run app. Use the side buttons to toggle to ‘MY TRAINING PLAN’.
